Simala Visit (August 2011)

One of the most famous religious shrines in Cebu is in Simala located in Lindongon, Simbonga. Many people go their to pray. Our group decided to visit the shrine to give thanks and ask for blessings. Here are some of the pictures when we went there.

A lot has changed with the Simala Church since our last visit there. We can see so many improvements in the place and construction is still going on in some parts of the Church. We look forward to our next visit probably next month.

Robinsons set to launch its new Condo in Cebu

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), one of the leading real estate developers in the Philippines is launching its second condominium offering in Cebu. The Azalea Place will be 25-story tower that will be constructed in Gorordo Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City. This condo will be under the Robinsons Residences brand. The launch is set on August 24, 2011 at the Cebu City Marriott Hotel.  The project will be the fourth residential development by RLC in Cebu. The first projects are Aspen Heights Subdivision in Consolacion (Robinsons Homes), Blue Coast Residences in Mactan (Robinsons Communities), and Amisa also in Mactan (Robinsons Luxuria).

Leyte Tour

While visiting Ormos, we decided to go to the tourist spots of Leyte. We went Gen. Douglas MacArthur Landing Memorial, San Juanico Bridge, and Sto. Niño Shrine and Heritage Musuem.
